Ending their 24-year championship drought, the UST Tiger Cubs reclaimed the basketball crown against National University-Nazareth School Bullpups, 83-77, in overtime.
Racine Kane was crowned the Finals MVP.
This victory completed UST’s double gold in the juniors’ division with the Junior Tigresses, who also claimed the championship.
Manu Inigo was the team’s head coach.
