Mr. Jayson T. Yodico is an industrial engineer and data scientist with extensive experience in process design and improvement, academia, and data science. He graduated from the Asian Institute of Management with a Master of Science in Data Science and from the University of Asia and the Pacific with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.

As a Data Science Consultant at AIA Philippines, Mr. Yodico primarily developed predictive models to support the business’s marketing efforts. He also worked with Aboitiz Group as a data scientist, where he played a crucial role in teaching and providing advice to staff members to advance their data science skills and the development of forecasting models for the Group’s electric power subsidiaries.

As an academic, he teaches a range of courses, including Data Mining and Analytics, Statistics, Engineering Mathematics, Ergonomics, Lean Six Sigma, and Operations Research to Industrial Engineering students.

His research interests include data science and analytics, predictive modeling, time series forecasting, operations research, reinforcement learning, and complexity science. Overall, Mr. Yodico’s experience and diverse skillset allowed him to help the organizations he worked with in leveraging data-driven insights, driving process improvements, and enhancing organizational efficiency.
