Ms. Joanna L. Lusterio, MSc, RND is an instructor of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, handling professional nutrition courses such as Introduction to Human Nutrition, Basic Foods, Fundamentals of Food Technology, and Food Service Systems. She earned her Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Nutrition at the University of the Philippines 鈥� Los Ba帽os and obtained her Master鈥檚 degree in Clinical Nutrition at the Philippine Women鈥檚 University. Prior to being an academician, she was a Therapeutic/Clinical Dietitian, serving for almost seven years in two private tertiary hospitals in the Philippines, almost three years as a Nutritionist/Store Manager in a one-stop health shop in Singapore, one year and three months as a Nutrition Consultant in a private hospital in Thailand and two and a half years as a Clinical Dietitian in a private hospital in Vietnam.
