Engr. Rommel C. Dela Cruz earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a major in Production Systems from the University of the Philippines – Diliman, giving him skills and knowledge in optimizing production systems. He held a variety of positions at different organizations. He was most recently the Chief of the Research Institute for Strategic Foresight and Innovation’s Center for Futures Innovation. As a former Quality Assurance Engineer, he also has vast experience in the field of Quality Assurance.
