Fr. Rodel E. Aligan, OP, SThD, Dean of the Faculty of Sacred Theology and Regent of the Faculty of Arts and Letters, delivered a plenary lecture during the recently concluded 2017 National Conference of the Association of Catholic Universities of the Philippines done at the Aquinas University, Legazpi City, Albay last January 19-21, 2017. Fr. Aligan talked about 鈥淭he Role of Catholic Universities in the Formation of the Social Conscience of the Youth.鈥�
